Where returns are required Morland aims to make this as simple as possible. Just fill in the form below and our customer services team will be in touch with you within one working day.
Some key things to remember..
Damages must be signed for as damaged on delivery notes in order for claims to be processed - Please read paperwork and check your delivery carefully prior to signing.
Short or incorrect deliveries must be reported within 3 working days - this does not affect your rights under consumer protection laws, please see our Terms & Conditions for further details.
Custom made products are only returnable when damaged or faulty. Returns will not be accepted on custom made products under any other circumstances. This does not affect your rights as a consumer, please read our Terms & Conditions for further details.
Returns on stocked products will only be accepted if notification of the return is made to us in writing within 14 days of delivery. Restocking fees may be applied in some circumstances.
All sheet panel products from Morland are supplied with unfinished edges, a 10mm tolerance is provided to allow for imperfections around the boards edge. We will not accept returns or claims where tolerances have been met.
We do not accept claims for consequential losses. We would always advise that you wait until your products have been delivered and checked over before booking in additional works.
