Important Collection Information
Before You Collect
Place your order online, then contact our Sales Team to book a 30-minute collection slot before travelling.

Collection slots are available: Monday–Thursday: 8:00am–2:30pm Friday: 8:00am–10:30am
Arrival & Parking
Collection address: Unit 2, Buttington Cross Enterprise Park, Welshpool, Powys, SY21 8SL
We operate from multiple sites on the estate. Please drive past the first site and follow the “Collections” signs to Unit 2.
Park in the designated customer parking bays.
Speed limits apply across the site, please drive carefully to help keep everyone safe.
Collecting Your Order
Have your order number ready and report to the Collection Office.
Our warehouse team will retrieve your order for you.
Please ensure your vehicle is unlocked and clear, ready for loading assistance.
Do not enter the warehouse unless directed by a member of our team.
Before You Leave
Once loading is complete, check your goods carefully to ensure everything is correct.
Any issues must be reported while still on site by calling our Sales Team on 01938 551 980.
Important Safety Notice
To protect both customers and staff, these guidelines must be followed.
If they are not adhered to, our warehouse team reserves the right to refuse the collection.
Important Delivery Information
If you have selected delivery, please note that all deliveries are kerbside only. Someone must be present at the delivery address to offload the goods.
If a forklift is available, this can be used for unloading.
If a forklift is not available, items will need to be hand-balled off the vehicle.
If there are any access restrictions at your delivery address (such as narrow roads, weight limits, or time restrictions), please inform us as soon as possible to help avoid delays.
Key Points to Remember
Damaged goods must be clearly signed for as damaged on the delivery note at the time of delivery. Claims cannot be processed if damage is not recorded. Please check your goods and paperwork carefully before signing.
Short or incorrect deliveries must be reported within 3 working days of delivery. This does not affect your statutory rights, please refer to our Terms & Conditions for full details.
Custom-made products are non-returnable unless they are damaged or faulty. Returns will not be accepted for any other reason. This does not affect your consumer rights; please see our Terms & Conditions for further information.
Stocked products may be returned only if we are notified in writing within 14 days of delivery. Restocking fees may apply in certain circumstances.
All Morland sheet panel products are supplied with unfinished edges. A 10mm tolerance is allowed to account for edge imperfections. Returns or claims will not be accepted where tolerances fall within this allowance.
We do not accept claims for consequential losses. We strongly recommend waiting until your goods have been delivered and checked before arranging any additional works.
